We understand that delays happen. However, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your lesson time may be reduced or rescheduled based on the instructor's availability.

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a lesson. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the lesson.

Missed lessons without prior notice are considered "no-shows" and are non-refundable.
